§ 1 General
Participation in the giveaway is only possible subject to these terms and conditions. The competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

§ 2 Conditions of participation
Any adult residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland may participate.

§ 3 Winnings Requirements
To win, one of the Technostoff Instagram posts from August 2023 are shared in your own story and the GIVEAWAY post is liked and commented on.

§ 4 Object of the prize
We will raffle off 1x dream piece from the collection as well as 3x 40% discount codes for the Technostoff Online shop.

§ 5 Competition duration
The raffle starts at 5:00 PM on August 20, 2023 and ends at 6:00 PM on September 3, 2023.

§ 6 Determination of profit
The winner will be randomly drawn. The prize will be sent via DHL Parcel.

§ 7 Data Protection
Our privacy policy applies, which can be read here.

§ 8 Failure to claim the prize
If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days or does not respond to our messages, the prize will be forfeited and we reserve the right to select a new winner or to withhold the prize.

§ 9 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be invalid or contain a gap, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.
