Frequently asked questions – Raver Fabric Wristbands

How quickly will my order be delivered?
We make or finish every piece after you order, in our workshop in Kassel, Germany. Delivery time (delivery country: Germany) is usually approx. 2–7 working days including production, depending on the shipping method. You'll find all the details on our shipping page. In Germany, shipping is free from 29 € order value (without tracking), and with DHL insured from 80 €.
Which size fits me – how does the cut run?
Every product page has a detailed size chart with all measurements in centimetres (measured flat). Our cuts run true to size; if in doubt, our support team is happy to help.
What material are the items made of?
We use high-quality, soft cotton fabrics and print the designs to last in our own production in Germany.
How should I care for the printed items?
Wash the items inside out at a maximum of 30 °C and do not iron directly on the print. That keeps colours and design looking great for a long time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you order as a consumer and your place of residence or your delivery address is in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If both your place of residence and your delivery address are outside the EU, this right of withdrawal does not apply under our contractual terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence and your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. All the details are in our withdrawal instructions (link in the footer). If you'd like a different size, write to us at support@technostoff.com – we'll work out together what's possible.
