Right of Withdrawal

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 9).

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the last item ordered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to cancel the order:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

What happens after cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Please note: As a consumer within the EU, you may have additional rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. These rights are not affected by this policy.
