1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the online shop technostoff.com, operated by:

The contract language is German. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. How your order works
The products displayed in our shop are non-binding offers. When you place an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items. You will receive an order confirmation by email — this is when the contract is concluded.
Many of our products are made on demand (print-on-demand). After the contract is concluded, your item is produced individually and hand-finished in our workshop in Kassel, Germany.
3. Prices and payment
All prices shown in the shop include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and depend on your delivery address — you can find the full overview on our shipping page.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.
4. Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You'll find detailed delivery times and costs on our shipping page.
Since most items are produced on demand, please allow additional processing time of 2–5 business days before shipping.
Title and risk pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The full details, including exceptions and how to exercise your right, are available in our separate withdrawal policy.
6. Warranty and liability
You have the statutory warranty rights as provided by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If a product is defective upon delivery, please contact us at support@technostoff.com and we will find a solution — whether that's a replacement, repair or refund.
We are liable according to statutory provisions for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. For other damages, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected — where they provide a higher level of protection, they take precedence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
