For deliveries outside the EU: the right of withdrawal under our returns terms applies to you only if you order as a consumer and your place of residence is in a Member State of the EU. You can then declare your withdrawal below. We do not offer voluntary returns beyond this. Rights under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. If an item is defective or you have questions about your order, write to us at support@technostoff.com.
Please note: you have the statutory right of withdrawal under these withdrawal instructions as a consumer if your place of residence or your delivery address is in a Member State of the European Union. If both your place of residence and your delivery address are outside the European Union, this right of withdrawal does not apply under our contractual terms. Rights that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you remain unaffected. You have your statutory rights in the event of defects in any case.
