How quickly will my order be delivered?
We make or finish every piece after you order, in our workshop in Kassel, Germany. Delivery time (delivery country: Poland) is usually approx. 4–7 working days including production, depending on the shipping method. You'll find all the details on our shipping page.
Which size fits me – how does the cut run?
Every product page has a detailed size chart with all measurements in centimetres (measured flat). Our cuts run true to size; if in doubt, our support team is happy to help.
What material are the items made of?
We use high-quality, soft cotton fabrics and print the designs to last in our own production in Germany.
How should I care for the printed items?
Wash the items inside out at a maximum of 30 °C and do not iron directly on the print. That keeps colours and design looking great for a long time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you order as a consumer and your place of residence or your delivery address is in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If your place of residence and your delivery address are both in another country, this right of withdrawal does not apply under our contract terms. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence and your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. All details are set out in our withdrawal policy (link in the footer).
