Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
We make or finish every item after you order, in our workshop in Kassel. This usually takes 1–2 working days. After that, your parcel goes to the shipping carrier.
Delivery times
All delivery times below are totals: production plus shipping. They are approximate figures in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
If you pay in advance, the delivery time starts the day after your payment instruction; with all other payment methods, it starts the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a weekend or a public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day. During peak periods, or if the carrier or customs cause delays, delivery can occasionally take longer.
Where we deliver
- We deliver to every country you can pick as your delivery country at checkout.
- To the USA and Mexico, we currently only deliver orders up to 2 kg shipping weight (including approx. 100 g of packaging). For heavier orders, please write to us beforehand at support@technostoff.com.
How shipping costs work
- At checkout, once you have entered your delivery address, you will see exactly the shipping methods and prices that apply to your country and your cart.
- Free shipping only applies where it is explicitly stated below.
- The free shipping thresholds refer to the value of your goods after discounts and discount codes. Gift cards are a means of payment and do not reduce the value of the goods.
- All shipping prices and thresholds are given in euros. If you shop in another currency (e.g. zloty, francs or pounds), the shop converts the amounts. The amount you see at checkout is the binding one.
- Standard Parcel International is only available for light shipments up to 0.86 kg shipping weight (including packaging). For heavier orders, it is not offered at checkout.

With shipping without tracking, your parcel goes into your mailbox. Please make sure it is big enough and clearly labelled.

We do not offer Standard Parcel International for the USA and Mexico. The shipping weight is the weight of your goods plus approx. 100 g of packaging. You will see which weight band applies to your order at checkout. Customs duties and import charges may apply (see “Customs & Import”).

Customs & Import (deliveries outside the EU)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, for example Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Norway or the USA, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply, unless they are already shown at checkout. These costs are usually charged to you directly by the shipping carrier or by customs. Their amount depends on the rules of your country.
Tracking
With “DHL insured” (Germany), “DHL Parcel” and “DHL Parcel International”, you get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. With “No tracking, not insured”, there is no tracking. For “Standard Parcel International”, we do not promise end-to-end tracking.
Loss or damage
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please write to us at support@technostoff.com. As a consumer, you do not bear the risk during transit. This also applies to shipping without tracking. “Not insured” only concerns our relationship with the shipping carrier.
