How quickly will my order be delivered?
We finish every piece by hand in Kassel, Germany and usually ship within 2–4 working days. Shipping within Germany is free from €29.
Which size fits me – how does the cut run?
Every product page has a detailed size chart with all measurements in centimetres (measured flat). Our cuts run true to size; if in doubt, our support team is happy to help.
What material are the items made of?
We use high-quality, soft cotton fabrics and print the designs to last in our own production in Germany.
How should I care for the printed items?
Wash the items inside out at a maximum of 30 °C and do not iron directly on the print. That keeps colours and design looking great for a long time.
Can I exchange or return items?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of return. Just email us at support@technostoff.com and we will take care of your exchange or return.
